Hi, Palicourea amethystina is a good probability. In general this looks right, and apparently has developed calyx lobes 1-2 mm long. That is a character for this species, along with almost-interpetiolar stipules (that is, the intrapetiolar portion of the stipule sheath is somewhat short). The only other possibility would be Palicourea linearis, but that has shorter calyx lobes. The taxonomy of these blue-flowered species is partly provisional, it may be that the populations of these plants are all in the process of diverging and really there is only one, very very variable species. But I separate about 4 based on a few small characters (also P. latifolia and P. stipularis). best, Ch.
